Happiness Is Here and Now.
“Life is a matter of passing the time enjoyably. There may be other things in life, but I’ve been too busy passing my time enjoyably to think very deeply about them.”- Peter Cook
Happiness is present at very moment and not in any future. Let’s
stop the waiting for one accomplishment or the other before we embrace
happiness. If we cannot be happy at this very moment, then we are likely not to
achieve the happiness we are very much in anticipation of, even after realizing
set goals and objectives.
Happiness is now, not in the past or in the future. Since
happiness is the ultimate success most of us are endlessly searching for, then
it must be consciously formed and embedded into our daily routines- similar to
the way we take our bath daily to stay healthy. Happiness is laughing for no
reason.
Rejoice while you are still here and let your name become
synonymous to happiness. Happiness is not a goal, but a by-product of knowing
exactly who you are- a wonderful creation made in the image and likeness of
Almighty God and capable of smashing whatever obstacle life throws at your
path. Happiness is in self-expression and knowing fully well that you are on
your own unique journey and in the process becoming your best possible self. “Happiness is not a state to arrive at, but a
manner of travelling.”
If we keep waiting and keep rationalizing reasons why we shouldn’t
be happy right now, then we may keep waiting for happiness through-out our life
time without ever attaining it- a deathbed regret!
